Where do you get your materials and patterns?

We source our materials from local thrift shops, antique markets and resale web shops!  We draft our own patterns here at The Muse and I. 

Do you wash everything?

We wash everything to ensure cleanliness and comfort.  There may be minor imperfections in some of the quilt coats but that is expected with vintage items. We try to repair any tears to prolong the life of each piece. 

 

Do you offer refunds or exchanges? 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges as each piece is handcrafted for the specific drop/ season it was made for.  We provide exact measurements for each garment and are happy to provide more if you send us an email before purchasing! 

Where is local pick up?

We are located in Guelph, On. The address is provided once you’ve reached the check out section and please contact us themuseandi@gmail.com to arrange a pick up time. 

Where do you ship?

We are currently shipping within Canada with plans to ship outside of Canada in the near future. 

How quickly do you ship? 

Everything will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. 

How do I wash my handmade garment?

We recommend hand washing/ soaking in a mild detergent and lay flat to dry. Please refer to  individual listings as we state if it’s okay to tumble dry on low setting for 10 minutes to fluff up at the end.
